Nina told me about one of her friends who had lost her father and spent a lot of time crying. But later that her friend realised, she can't grief forever. There's a limit to it. Nina told her friend, "I don't think we have time to waste being unhappy about our past."

And as I listened, I kept hearing her, "Why waste time being unhappy? Why be unhappy about something you can't change?"
