between family and work

My weekend was extremely busy with some family and work matters. Kena divide my time equally for both (family & work). Here how it goes...

Saturday

1. Groceries shopping at Carrefour. The trip that is much awaited by Erja.
2. Visit Farah & Keng and the newborn baby, Aulia Az-Zahra.
3. Off to fetch Zizie at Ara Damansara. Then headed to Shah Alam Stadium for AF3. We were about half an hour late, but our "VIP" seats were safely reserved.

Sunday

1. Went to the towers for Signing Ceremony rehearsal, which take almost the whole day.

Monday

"D" Day which went VERY smooth despite some minor hiccups.

A4 is a GREAT leader. This is her THANK YOU note to us, the committee members, immediately after the session...

Its finally over, huge sigh of relief from all of us...
Of course not everything went as per our plan but heart attacks aside (when Datuk Lim Keng Yaik arrived unaccompanied!!), on the whole, things went well. I would like to express my hearfelt gratitufe to each and everyone of you. All your hard work and tremendous effort made the event a success. To all those who stayed back late numerous times, those that made their way to work on Sunday for the rehearsals, the gentlemen that made their way to KLIA in the wee hours of the morning, all those in Tower 1 that had to put up with the last minute changes, the lovely ideas that were generated and last but not least the camaraderie, a very big THANK YOU.
